Netlify hosts this website and runs the contact form service. Connection data, such as your IP address and the requested URL, is processed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The inquiry is sent through Microsoft 365; the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Who handles your information
Antonio Zúñiga is responsible for handling inquiries and operates Alverant from California, United States. You can contact him at contact@alverant.com.
Your inquiry
We ask for your name, email address, and a description of your challenge so we can respond and assess how we can help. You do not need to attach documents or include passwords or confidential information.
When you use direct sending, the message is processed on the server and sent to Alverant’s mailbox through Microsoft 365. We use the email address you enter in the form for replies. Acceptance by Microsoft does not confirm final delivery.
Retention and alternatives
This application does not store form content in a database or its logs. To limit abuse and prevent duplicates, it temporarily keeps connection counters and request identifiers in server memory. Accepted messages are retained in Microsoft 365 email.
Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for six months after the last substantive contact. They are then deleted from the working mailbox, unless a legal obligation or a claim requires specific information to be retained. Retention of records for a contracted engagement is addressed separately.
If direct sending is unavailable, you can copy the inquiry or open it in your email application. Copying places the text on your clipboard; when opening your email app, you decide whether to send it. When you switch languages, the inquiry is transferred through temporary storage in this tab and removed from that storage when the other version loads. Switching languages does not send it. Text you enter is lost when you close or reload the page.
Browsing
This website does not use analytics or tracking cookies. It keeps your motion preference during the session without transmitting it, and respects your system’s reduced-motion setting.
